Our recruitment system is updated daily and lists positions from every school and department within the University. To receive our latest jobs opportunities straight to your inbox sign up to our Jobs by Email service - you’ll only receive roles that match your specified criteria, including, job category, salary or post type.
When you identify a position that interests you, review the requirements carefully and if your skills and background match, apply online.
How to apply?

To make an online application click the 'Apply Online' button next to the vacancy. This will take you to a login page where you can either login to your existing account or register for a new account.

Applying online is easy; you can complete your application form in simple stages and you can login / logout at any time.

Help is available at each stage to guide you through the process via the 'Help' option on the top right of each screen.

Each stage will automatically save. You can revisit and amend your application until you submit it.

After submitting you’ll receive an acknowledgment email. Your application will also be displayed under 'My Applications’ along with its date of submission and status.

You’ll receive email updates about the status of your candidacy throughout the hiring process.
Application Advice

You should take your time to review the points listed under the ‘What will you bring to the role?’ section of the Candidate Brief. Providing evidence and examples of how your skills and experience are relevant to these points should be the main focus of your application.

You’ll be asked for your referee details, so have these to hand.

Submit your application before midnight (23:59 - UK time) on the advertised closing date.

You’ll only be able to apply for one vacancy at a time.

Your details and any previous applications will be saved, making it easier to apply for future vacancies.

Your application form cannot be viewed by any Leeds University staff until you submit it.
